We have a Pastoral Team to support the emotional well-being needs of our pupils. These are deployed by the Inclusion Team after a referral from Parents/Carers, Staff or initiated by the child themselves. We have a range of emotional support interventions that are delivered by trained staff.
LEGO Therapy
LEGO based therapy is a social development program that uses LEGO activities to support the development of a wide range of social skills within a group setting.
Draw and Talk Therapy
Drawing and talking allows individuals to discover and communicate emotions through a non-directed technique.
Forest School
Forest school is an exploration intervention with nature. Wellbeing is the foundation of the intervention and through recognising the social, emotional and physical needs of participants, we provide the guidance and facilitation for their time in nature.
ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant)
ELSA is an initiative developed and supported by educational psychologists to support and explore children's emotional needs.
