Anti-Bullying
At our school, every child has the right to feel safe, happy, and respected. Bullying of any kind is not tolerated, and we take all concerns seriously. We work closely with parents and carers to make sure children know they can speak up and be supported.
Our Approach:
-
We encourage children to talk to an adult straight away if they feel worried.
-
All staff are trained to spot signs of bullying and respond quickly.
-
We promote kindness, respect and inclusion through assemblies, lessons and school values.
-
We teach children strategies to help them build confidence and resilience.
-
We have Anti-Bullying Ambassadors who support their peers, raise awareness and help encourage pupil voice, so that every child knows they are listened to.
Working with Parents:
-
If you think your child is being bullied, please let us know immediately.
-
We will listen, investigate, and take action to stop bullying.
-
You will be kept informed of the steps we are taking.
-
Together, we will agree on the best way to support your child.
Remember:
We are a Telling School – speaking up helps us keep everyone safe.
