The Flying High Academy Ladybrook is seeking an exceptional School Business Leader to join our dedicated team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to play a key role in the strategic leadership of our school. Working closely with the Headteacher and The Flying High Partnership, you will lead and manage the school's business operations, ensuring that financial, operational, compliance and administrative functions support the best possible outcomes for our children.

As a member of the school leadership team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the school and help ensure resources are used effectively to provide an outstanding educational environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong financial and budget management experience.
• Can provide strategic leadership across business, finance and operations.
• Has a good understanding of school compliance, health and safety, HR and premises management.
• Is highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
